Nutrition Response Testing ™  is a powerful healing practice and has the power to change the way you feel, and live your life. If you are curious about how Nutrition Response Testing™ works it is vital to understand how muscle testing works.

Muscle testing is also known as applied kinesiology. Muscle testing is used to evaluate and examine our patients and in Nutrition Response Testing™ we begin to understand what underlying causes are contributing to surfacing health concerns.

Applied kinesiology has been used by American chiropractors for around 60 years. Applied kinesiology is used to evaluate the nervous system, bodily structure, and mental ailments. When your nervous system is under stress or functioning abnormally, your muscles will show signs of weakness when properly tested. Muscles will test as strong when the nervous system is functioning properly and weak when there are deficiencies.

In Nutrition Response Testing™ we muscle test all of the organs in the body to determine if supplementation can improve your health. We can use muscle tests to determine the function of organs, to determine stressors in your body, to detect allergies or chemical sensitivities. When there are internal issues there will also be corresponding muscle weakness.

If you have been looking for a non-invasive alternative to your health concerns, Paramount Wellness wants to help. We will take a detailed look at your medical history and take you through an initial round of testing to uncover weaknesses in your body that could be negatively contributing to your overall well-being. We will recommend a supplementation plan and possible dietary changes to begin your healing process.
