What to expect at your session…
The infrared frequencies kill all germs and bacteria and the towels you use will absorb your sweat and toxins. At your session you will be provided two towels. One will be placed over the bamboo foot pad and one will be placed around the collar of the sauna. It is important that you stay hydrated by drinking a 6-8 oz glass of water within one hour prior to your sauna session, and also when you are done.

$1 per minute (most sessions start at 25-30 minutes in length)
