HRV — heart rate variability - is the measurable expression of vagal tone. Higher HRV indicates a more adaptable, resilient nervous system. Lower HRV is associated with inflammation, impaired immunity, poor sleep, and accelerated cellular aging.

Improving HRV isn't about deep breathing alone. It requires systematically removing the burdens toxic, infectious, structural that are pulling the nervous system into dysregulation in the first place.
