Standard Process Order Cancellations and Changes
Please check your order of Standard Process products carefully, you have 30-days from your order date to get a return of your product. We cannot change your order once it is submitted. We will refund or replace any product that arrives damaged. Please take a few pictures of the damaged product and email them to us.
Returns for Standard Process products
- You can request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. For health and safety reasons, some exceptions apply to opened items (see below).
Refunds
- Unopened Items: If you ordered the wrong product, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
- Opened Items: If the product is defective or you are unsatisfied with its quality, you may also request a refund within 30 days. Please contact us to report any quality concerns.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we process your request. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Standard Process is keeping track of return abusers. Return abusers may have to ship product back and pay for shipping.
Exceptions & Fees
In some cases with orders over $500, we may request a product return for further inspection. In these cases, returns may be subject to a 20% processing fee.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact our Customer Care team support@lifeworkskc.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or refund.
- Follow any instructions from our team regarding next steps, whether it’s to keep, discard, or return the product.

Returns & Refunds for Other Products
- Digitally Delivered Products: Protocols, assessments, consultations, courses, and similar digital products are not eligible for refunds.
- Diagnostic Tests: Tests that have already been sent to the processing laboratory are not eligible for refunds.
- Special Health Devices: For items like cold lasers, light therapy devices, spas, or infrared technology, please email us for assistance with your specific order. Items such as therapy and support devices must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund purchases returned in used condition.
Order Violations
Orders canceled for violations of the Standard Process Terms of Use, such as reselling on third-party sites, shipping to distribution warehouses, or drop-shipping, are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind.
