Stacey Reichardt is a certified Applied Clinical Nutritionist and holistic nutrition coach.
Stacey has always heard and known that diet and exercise were key components to being and staying well and feeling empowered in health and now helps others to achieve wellness by increasing their knowledge and awareness of what they are putting in their bodies.
In her own words…
“In 2012, my hands and arms turned purple. My fingers cracked and bled and my arms, legs and back broke out in an itchy ugly rash. My previous relationship with food consisted of following the latest diet when I wanted to lose weight not necessarily for good health. But this event really showed me how important food – nutrition – is. The rash healed as I made changes to my diet and lifestyle. An added benefit of these lifestyle changes was that within a few months of starting my nutritional healing program, I shed 35 pounds. An unexpected bonus, but a great reward.
My parents both died way too young- My Mom at 70 and dad at 69. After his death in 1998, I was determined to do whatever I could to get and stay healthy.
I had heard about Nutrition Response Testing and decided not only to become a patient, but also to become a practitioner so I too could help others regain their health. Part of the guidance I received was at the heart of learning how to eat to best serve me and my body’s unique individual needs.
I am now 73 (1/2) – feel great and keeping up with my current nutritional program, with Dr. Erika Schultz at Paramount Wellness. I am excited and inspired to coach others in gaining, regaining and maintaining their health through our Guided Nutrition Coaching program.”
