Lynette’s kale chip recipe is an office fave and since we love it so much, we wanted to share it with you.
Since so many of us have settled into a work from home lifestyle these kale chips are perfect to start first thing in the morning.
Get ready for your mouth to water 😋
Lynette’s Kale Chip Recipe
2 bunches of kale
1/2 C cashews
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/4 C nutritional yeast
1/4 C olive oil
1 C water
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
1 small orange or red bell pepper
Once you have gathered all of your ingredients blend everything in a vita-mix or other high powered blender (add more water to get a more blendable consistency, if needed). Next, massage onto clean, dry, de-stemmed kale leaves and spread onto dehydrator.
Set timer for 10 hours at 108 degrees.
Enjoy!
